Red Velvet Sandwiches
-1 box red velvet cake mix
-½ cup butter at room temperature
-2 eggs
-1 can (16 ounces) cream cheese frosting
Heat oven to 350°.
Mix cake mix, butter and eggs until combined and drop spoonfuls of batter 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. You should get 24 cookies for 12 sandwiches.
Bake 10-12 minutes and cool.
Make sandwiches with two cookies and a cream cheese frosting filling.
