I cannot possibly be the only person who didn’t know “brazier” wasn’t the name of a Dairy Queen franchisee, but a style of grilling. For as long as I can remember, I thought the “Brazier family” owned most of the DQ’s in Texas. Though, I’m still not exactly sure I would know the difference between a braized or grilled burger.
